RELAXATION In Contemporary QiGong and Taiji

Relaxation. In these classes we propose to learn relaxation but by no means loose motivation, curiosity or tonus.  We’d like to relax when the world around us falls apart, when we are speedy as we can be or a stress spiral has gotten us on its way. Through physical movement sequences easy to do, we will train our body, nervous system and brain so that we will reach a level of adaptability and lightness that allows us to get out of the stress spirals and discover in our inner self the place where we find quiteness, patience, awareness and freedom.
